Uncle Mike’s Cottage Bakery is a small, home-based bakery serving Monroe, West Monroe, and surrounding Northeast Louisiana communities. Every cookie, cake, loaf of bread, brownie, and blondie is handmade from scratch under the Louisiana Cottage Food Law.

Beyond the bakery, Uncle Mike builds custom birdhouses and squirrel feeders by hand. His military service shaped the discipline, reliability, and attention to detail he now brings to every bake and every woodworking project.

Uncle Mike’s Cottage Bakery operates under the Louisiana Cottage Food Law, baking from a home kitchen for Monroe, West Monroe, and nearby communities. Because everything is handmade in small batches, the bakery accepts a limited number of orders each week. When the week’s slots are full, new orders roll into the following week. It is not a limitation; it is what keeps every cookie, cake, and loaf genuinely homemade.
